Sergio has gotten a full time job and has given me notice that he will no longer be available to haul our pigeons. He has done a good job for us.
We need to find a driver with a truck that can pull our goose neck trailer. Our first race is shipped on Friday, 9/23/16 for release on Sat. 9/24. WE NEED TO QUICKLY FIND A DRIVER! Tommy can answer questions as to pay, driver license requirements, etc. He is our point person as to the driver, but we need for everyone to help find a driver. Let me know if you have any questions.
The Board of Directors (3 per club) meeting is set for Sunday, 9/4/16 at 2:00 PM at the U-10 Club house on Shady Hills Rd. Please make sure that your club is represented at this important meeting. We need a driver. We need to know how many shippers to expect. We will set the shipping fee, bird shipping limit, multiple releases in light of the AU Director's rejection of our request, and address any other issues. Remember that we start racing on 9/24/16.
Please bring to the meeting your AU membership list to turn in. Also, be sure to give our treasurer, Tommy Kurz, any combine dues owed.

Delegate meeting highlights:
1-There will be a $10 per flyer fee collected at or prior to the first race of the season for Awards.
2-The Executive board members will pay $ 100 for each race season.
3-The cost of shipping for the concourse will be for the 12 races.
4-Total coast is $ shipping and another $25 dues for new flyers, $15 dues for old flyers, and $10 for awards.
